STEVE CUMMINS SOCCER PARK
On February 8th, 2010, the Lakota School Board approved the naming of the Lakota West soccer stadium to be named Steve Cummins Soccer Park.

ATHLETES OF THE WEEK -8/29
 Alex Wagoner, JuniorBoys Soccer Alex scored both goals in West's 2-0 win over Worthington Kilbourne on Thursday. Earlier in the Week Wagner, a midfielder, scored West's only goal in the Firebird's season opening game against Moeller by netting a penalty kick. |
 Taylor Wogenstahl, SeniorGirls Golf Taylor won the first place medal at the Centerville Invitational on Monday leading the Firebirds to a three stroke team victory as well. Wogensthal's winning score, a one under par 71 marks her as only the fourth female player in the history of the Lakota school district to record a subpar eighteen hole round. |
